By ordering products from the ICONS Museum Store you agree to the following return policy:
1. The ICONS Museum Store merchandise is special ordered for you at the time of purchase. We do not accept returns of any kind. All items that have been purchased are final sale, nonrefundable, and nonreturable.
2. However, if you receive your merchandise and there is an obvious flaw and problem in the printing and application process (excluding the artist signed prints) then your item will be reordered at no charge to you. Your item will be reordered once proof of the merchandise flaw is emailed to customerservice@iconsmuseum.org and confirmation is sent back to you that we have received it. Only photo proof is necessary. There is no need to send the item physically back to us unless you desire.
3. Also, if your merchandise happens to arrive damaged please take photos and send them right away to customerservice@iconsmuseum.org. We will reorder your merchandise right away at no charge to you once we confirm your damaged order.
4. All items are insured on our end for the proper value of the item(s).
