Her "little black dress" worn in the opening scene of Breakfast at Tiffany's, is considered by many, the most iconic dress of all time, and single-handedly revolutionized the international fashion industry. Beyond the lights and camera, she was a constant advocator and active participant in bringing humanitarian aid to developing countries.
